S4S Zebrawood

This amazing West African wood is definitely one to turn heads. With its tan and Dark brown streaks that mirror that of a zebra. You will get a large variety of grain patterns in the flatsawn material to the unparalleled straightness in the quarter sawn. 

This wood does tear out due to the crazy grain growth, it will finish nicely, thou we do recommend a clear grain filler for a smooth finish.  It is easily glued together and stands up to moisture well.  Caution as it gives an unpleasant aroma when worked!
