Roasted Birds Eye Maple

Description:

This beautiful wood which is mostly harvested from Hard Maple has Distinct characteristics of tiny knots which look like little birds eyes. It is then Thermally transformed to have a deep brown color throughout the entire board.  The best way to enjoy the details of this wood is either in Veneers or Flat sawn lumber.

You can find this being used for Furniture, Turning ,guitars and other Instruments, As well as cutting boards. 

This product has been dressed to expose the beaty below the rough milling, and will still require some TLC!!
